Keep Your People Organized with the Locations Tab
Once again, you spoke and we listened. Starting March 25th your Sentix Pro subscription will include a new tab titled “Locations”. This new tab helps you to define locations, regions and divisions for all your users. Once set up, admins can add a driver, select a location and the system will auto-populate the division and region.

Multiplying Locations, Data Hygiene, and Missed Assignments
This change will help you save time and stay organized, reducing the risk of assignments not reaching the drivers.
What changed? In the past, Sentix Pro let you label a location anything you wanted, anytime you made edits. It created problems because a computer doesn’t know OKC and Oklahoma City are the same. Or New York and NewYork. Or Dallas and dallas. Typos create unintentional locations — it's your own private multiverse.
Consistent labels mean assignments and reporting work as you intend.

We ran into problems where clients assigned a course to drivers in New York but not NewYork (note the missing space). In that instance, some drivers didn’t get an assignment. Now you’ll always have 100% accurate pre-populated drop downs to choose from.
Job Titles and Group IDs Not Impacted
You’ll continue to have access to the Job Title and Group ID fields. These are separate from the Locations, and they can be used as needed for your organization. In addition, the Group ID field still allows for multiple entries.
